Does everyone need to use moisturizer to hydrate their skin?

People with oily skin don't need moisturizers, especially in warm weather.
During cold dry weather, even oily skin can develop some chaffing, and that is
when you want a good moisturizer.
Dry and tight-feeling skin is a good indicator that you do need a moisturizer.
For most people, this need begins in their mid-twenties. You can then apply
moisturizers that are best suitable for your skin condition.
There is one exception. Daily sun protection is a good idea, especially for the
fair skinned, because the irreparable daily
damage done by UV radiation does produce premature skin aging.
